Arthur Simpson · Realty Pros Assured started with a simple belief: that buying or selling a home should feel like working with family who genuinely has your back. After years as both a REALTOR® and a Florida attorney, Arthur set out to build the kind of practice he'd want his own family to use — honest, local, and protected from the contract and title problems that quietly sink so many deals.

Today it's exactly that — a family real estate practice rooted in Volusia & Flagler County, with the Simpson family building it together. We're local. We answer the phone. And we treat your move like it's our own, because to us, neighbors aren't clients — they're family.
